Balance – A Letter From Jimmy

“One of the most reoccurring lessons for me as a business owner and father is balance. Unlike most challenges that come up on a daily basis, balance is one that I constantly seem to be chasing. Not only for the perfect solution, but in determining what that looks like to begin.

On one hand, my business is my baby. It’s all I ever knew and has come to define me in so many ways. To my friends, I’m Jimmy but to my students, employees, partners, and professional network the expectation is so much higher.

On the other hand, my children are my prized possession. Through a long day, their photos on my desk are simple reminders as to why I do what I do.

Life is about balance, and I try my best, day in and day out, to be the best version of me that I can, both in and out of the office. I encourage each and every one of you to constantly strive, not only to define balance but to maintain it.

Remember it’s a constant struggle and an ever-evolving task. You are not alone, stay focused, stay positive, and enjoy the ride.”
