Building A Team – A Letter From Jimmy

\”Building a team requires patience. This month has been one of the most challenging months thus far this year. Making the change to our new portfolio structure has required not only a massive investment financially but in hours as well.

One of my biggest investments in the portfolio has been in the team itself and making sure that the right people are in the right places creating processes with absolutely no friction.

I\’m sure each of you is focused either building or as part of a team in your unique role, but I encourage you to remember the strength in numbers and how important it is to recognize and TRUST talents where they fit best. As an employer, it is my job to create an environment that yields the best product, and that means first and foremost not hindering my team\’s talents.

Finding the right people is not and never will be easy. So stay patient, stay focused and remember your team is there to elevate your vision, and more importantly, bring it to life.

If you are building a team, keep going. If you are a part of one, be the best version you can be. We are all assets.\”
